Similar to most hotels, we charge the price of the booking at the time of reservation. There is not an additional deposit required. And, we are unable to hold the property until the reservation is paid for.
Our rates are actually set below market, and as such we can’t discount them further. In fact, our rates will probably be increased in the near future.

We do allow wedding/receptions to be held at the property with certain limitations. The total number of Guests allowed is limited to the property’s sleeping capacity (that can be found in the terms section).
We do not allow DJs; food trucks or commercial vehicles; or glitter, confetti or rice. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, including damage to walls from hanging decor, balloons, streamers, lights, etc.
Parking is limited to the property’s parking capacity. Please note that street parking and/or grass parking is prohibited in our community. The city/county is very strict on this and will likely tow vehicles that are parked on the street or grass.
We also ask that events be over by 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors and in order to comply with our community's noise ordinance.

Legacy Beach Homes focuses on building new, large beach homes that sleep 20+ people with private pools and sufficient parking for these large groups.
The space required for these type of homes that are suitable for large groups and multi-families is typically not available directly on the beach in our area. As such, we do not have beachfront homes.
However, we do offer beach homes that are at most two blocks (and often less than 500 feet) from our famous beaches and many that feature ocean views. Additionally, many of our homes have free golf carts that make getting to and from the beach a breeze.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Aqua. The kids loved the shark decor, murals and bunk room. We enjoyed the pool and back porch area which had plenty of seating. Hosts were very responsive to any issues we had. Conveniently located close to the beach which was in a quiet area, not crowded at all. Plenty of parking. Awesome hosts kept in communication throughout the process from booking to check out.

Third time to stay at Aqua and third time to give excellent ratings. Six adults and two 3 1/2 yo grandsons. Although not right on beach it is only a row back and a quick walk. Location of community next to dune lake gives plenty of room on beach to spread out. Never felt crowded. Easy access out back gate to 30A but with trees and landscape really couldn't tell we were right on a main road. Having pool to chill in after long day at beach was great. Bikes, kayaks and SUP provided with the house. We took a SUP down to the beach every day. Lots of room downstairs for grandsons to run around and they loved the ocean theme. No issues with anything at the house. Easy check in and out. Will definitely come back for another visit.

Great communication! Very close to a private beach. Beautiful neighborhood. Groceries close by. An easy 40 min drive to Panama City Beach and more enterainment there. The kids enjoyed the pool and the decor. Lovely bathrooms. Overall a very good stay with 6 adults and 3 kids.

We had an amazing time at Aqua! The house is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. The area is amazing, close to a beautiful beach with private access to it. The beach itself is beautiful and not packed with people which was nice. The paddle boards and bikes that are available at the house were a great added bonus. We really enjoyed the community/area. I highly recommend this property. I would stay there again in the future.

Exactly as described! A bit hard to sleep if others are awake, and no beach chairs or towels. Other than that, they solved our one issue very quickly!
