We had a wonderful moms vacation at Todds place. The home was gorgeous, and very spacious all of the bedrooms were very large size and plenty of bathrooms. Great for a family vacation. Everything was as stated in the listing and the whole stay was extremely enjoyable. The location was amazing and very close to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

This was our families first time in Florida. Todds home did not disappoint. It truly is a beautiful home, very spacious and immaculately clean. The golf cart was a huge win we used it every day. The beach is so close you can walk or ride the cart. The pool was amazing especially at night time. Bicycles were also a lot of fun. Todd was very responsive, easy check in and out. Will definitely visit this property again. Thank you Todd

I really want to write a terrible review ...so that I can know this place will always be available when I want to go!! The location is PERFECT- easy 2 block walk or golf cart ride to beach. Bikes, paddle boards and kayaks all included!! The pool was a perfect temperature and the house had perfect space for family time! The bedrooms with almost all private baths were so nice for separation and privacy. In terms of Covid concerns- we were more than happy to just be in this beautiful home and enjoying the pool/outdoor spaces. The beach access is very quiet and felt so much quieter and safer than the more busy public access areas and hotel areas. Also, the owners were very helpful and responsive! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

I just want to say from the beginning to the end Todd was an wonderful host. And let me say the house was perfect, the house has everything you'll need for your stay. They even have bicycles ( I haven't rode one in years) you can ride just to take a stroll through the neighborhood. The house is in the perfect location it's close to everything and 2 blocks from the beach. I really enjoyed my stay this was one of the best Destin trips thus far. I will most definitely book again with Todd. Once again thanks so much for allowing us to stay I really loved it.

Great place

This was one of the best vacations we have had. First time to Destin and first time booking a spacious place for extended family. We were concerned about having enough space and access for wheelchair handicapped family member and this place was absolutely perfect. Todd gave suggestions for things to do on our way down to Destin and checkin was seamless and an utter surprise. We were surprised to find that the property was actually leaps and bounds better than the pictures portrayed - never the case, right? Location was awesome, and 2 blocks from beach is made simple with the golf cart included with property. Really cool fitness trail along the beach with immediate access from the property made morning exercise extremely enjoyable. The 4 beach cruiser bikes included in rental was a great touch, as we rode them down the fitness trail to a few bar/restaurants in early evening a few times... I could go on and on about proximity to shopping, groceries, etc. Bottom line this was a great stay and we will be booking next year; Todd pencil us in!!!Bonus was catching 30 fish in offshore fishing trip from Marina 12 mins down road in Destin.

This home is stunningly beautiful! The heated pool was nice, on the cooler days, to all hang out in and stay warm. The open living space is great for spending time together, when someone is cooking and others are hanging out by the tv or doing puzzles at the table. It was nice to be able to actually spend quality and quantity time together. The kayaks and paddle boards would have been great if we had been there during warmer months...I guess that means we will have to go back when the water warms up . Thanks for letting us stay so my family could make lasting family memories. You honestly have no idea how much this momma needed that right now.
