Amazing house, todd was always available, I feel he went above and beyond for us. The house is beautiful and spacious perfect for ourwork colleges, everyone had more then enough room. GREAT LOCATION

The Shenanigans House was absolutely perfect for our work retreat. The house is very spacious and decorated beautifully. I will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful place!

Todd's place looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. It's almost an hour from Destin just FYI. They were very accommodating and prompt with responses.

Shenanigans was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Todd was very quick in responding to requests / maintenance issues. Overall the place was very clean in a nice community.

Awesome place!! The beach is beautiful and not overcrowded. We took advantage of all of the extras the house comes with including the golf carts, bikes, stand up paddle boards. You are actually a couple of blocks back from the beach, but it's no big deal with the golf carts. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of extra space. The host is very responsive and we plan to rent this house again in the future....amazing house!!! Will not disappoint!!

Amazing and beautiful house. Very spacious and great location. The golf carts are very useful to go to beach and restaurants. We biked every day on the bike trail for miles. We took the paddle boards to the beach. Todd responded to our questions immediately during check in and was very helpful. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back to 30A. Neat and beautiful area.

The house is beautifully decorated and very clean! We all had plenty of room and our own space to escape to if needed. The location to the beach and pool was perfect and what a nice, quiet neighborhood. I so appreciated that there were games, especially air hockey and the Wii for the kids. Also, the golf carts, snorkel gear, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes were added benefits that we didn't have to rent. Shenanigans really does have it all!!!

AMAZING! 16 of us had the best week and made lifetime memories because of this incredible rental. Location was perfect, house was lovely in every way. So much space for everyone. Great communication with host and everything was better than expected. The golf carts, kayaks and paddle boards and beautiful pool made the trip far surpass ordinary. Our family is so grateful for such a wonderful vacation!

It's a perfect place not to far from the destin shopping and only 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach it has plenty of room for your family, you don't feel crowded when everyone is there... and your secluded from all the traffic in and around destin and surrounding cities with the gated community with plenty of amenities.. our family of 13 loved it immensely...

A visit to Todd's Shenanigan's home in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida will be a dream vacation! He takes special care in equipping the home with the special touches that makes it warm and inviting. His explanation of how to access the community, the home, the elevator, the golf carts, and the bikes is so easy. It was nice to have a home book to read about everything you can think of to make your stay simple and very special. Todd has literally thought of everything! All the beds are plush. The decor is comfortable, beachy and beautiful! There are enough beds and bedrooms for everyone. There is elevator access to all three floors! The third floor is the game room with many card games, board games, TV, etc. This home is amazing! I want to return in the near future!!

This is a great house for large groups . Everything you need to enjoy your time away. Just a short Golf Cart or bike ride to the beach, which is all available to use at the house, along with kayaks and paddle boards. The pool is just steps from the house. The house is big enough to gather everyone in the common areas, and also have your private time if needed. It is very accommodating if you have children, air hockey, Wii games, board games, plenty to keep them busy.Todd is a wonderful host and you can tell he takes pride in his home, he is also very quick to respond to your questions or needs.My family highly recommends Shenanigans

We loved our stay at Shenanigans! The 2 large living rooms are great for a big group. The older kids loved the upstairs space with couches, games, tv, and air hockey. The house is spacious and well decorated. The bedroom layout was great and the rooms were all good-sized. There were plenty of towels, beds were comfortable and the showers were nice. I would suggest bringing sharper knives and maybe some Tupperware for the kitchen if you plan on eating in at all. We had to buy ice all week but if you bring ice trays, that would be beneficial.Communication with the host was excellent and he was very easy to work with. The commute to the beach is a bit long but with the golf carts, it was easy! The paddle boards and kayaks were an amazing addition and we all loved our time with them. The pool is close by. It was closed the entire first week we were there but thankfully, we were there for 2 weeks. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. Santa Rosa beach is stunning!! It has white sandy beaches with crystal blue water! The water was warm and it felt like we were in the Caribbean. We've been coming on family beach trips for years and this was probably the nicest house we've had! We had a great stay! Thanks for everything!
