By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs. You
Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.
Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.
This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve the property during Spring Break. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
No pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
The property has one security camera aimed solely at the driveway and the street entrance. Our security camera can only see areas of the property that are visible to the public anyway. We respect our Guests’ privacy. The camera is stationary and cannot be remotely adjusted; does not record audio; and cannot see into the pool area, fenced areas, or interior area of the property.
For the safety of our Guests, our golf carts have an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating our golf carts.
The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
