Ready to hit the waves? Stroll down the sidewalk to the world-famous Emerald Coast, or load up your cooler and beach toys in Freestyle’s complementary 2021 six seater golf cart to visit any of the six neighborhood beaches that are within only a few blocks.

No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Freestyle includes 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 4 snorkel sets and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to keep your family busy. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Freestyle’s full-sized pool (seasonally heated at no additional charge). Or, grill your fresh caught seafood in Freestyle’s poolside dining area.

Featuring 2 first floor king suites with private baths and no steps to the ground floor, Freestyle is ideal for families who have members with mobility challenges…or for those who just value their privacy. And, Freestyle’s first floor living area and separate second floor living area gives everyone a little extra elbow room. (Two separate living areas is also great for multiple families or for giving the kiddos their own space.)

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Freestyle. Destin Commons, the area’s premiere shopping, entertainment and restaurant complex (complete with an Imax theater, a massive Bass Pro Shop, and plenty of fun and funky shops and restaurants) is right across the street from Freestyle’s neighborhood.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
