Or load up your cooler and beach toys in Sundance’s complementary 2022 six seater golf cart to visit any of the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and activities that are accessible from Sundance’s prime location along the Destin’s famous Scenic Gulf Drive.

Not a worn out rental. Newly-built Sundance features quartz counters, stainless appliances, designer furnishings, premium mattresses and brand new everything…all in a fun, farmhouse-chic style!

Sundance offers two first floor king suites with private baths (ideal for mobility challenged Guests); three 2nd floor king suites with private full baths, one 2nd floor queen suite with adjoining bath and a 2nd floor bunk room that sleeps 6. That’s a massive sleeping capacity of 18, not including sofas.

No need to drain your wallet on toy rentals. Sundance includes 2 paddleboards, 4 snorkel sets and a brand new 6 seater golf cart to help make lifelong memories. And when you are ready to return home, cool off in Sundance’s pool Afterward, grill your fresh caught seafood in Sundance’s propane grill.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Sundance. Sundance’s less-crowded community beaches are only a 3 minute walk down the sidewalk and literally seconds away using Sundance’s included golf cart.

Sundance is also less than 3 minute golf cart ride to our public regional beach access points (yep, the huge white beach accesses that you see in brochures); less than a mile from Destin Commons (our premiere shopping, entertainment and dining complex); only minutes away from our area’s best oceanfront dining, grocery stores and more.

Had an amazing time. Weather could have been better, obviously no fault of the owners. I say that to say that even with the weather not ideal, there was a ton to do to keep us occupied. The home was extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space to get away if you wanted to be alone, and the open areas were so spacious that we never felt like we were all crammed together. The golf cart made it extremely easy to just get up and go. There were so many restaurants, shops, and other places that were within walking distance but the golf cart definitely made it even easier. Had a slight issue with the hot tub heating but within an hour of reporting received a phone call directly from the pool and spa company who walked me through how to get it to work. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware to make dinners at the house. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much more spacious and prettier than even the pictures could capture. Only complaint is that I cant live there full time

We had a fantastic stay this week! The house is gorgeous, impeccably clean, and had plenty of space for our three families of five. The pool was a huge hit, especially since the ocean was chilly. We also appreciated the side yard for the kids to run around in. The location is great; we could easily walk to the beach, though the golf cart was fun to use as well. One appliance wasnt working (the ice maker, so nothing essential), and it was reported in the evening and replaced the next morning. Everything else in the house was in perfect working order. We had plenty of bath towels and they even left shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers in each bathroom. Thank you for being such fabulous hosts! It was one of our very best rental experiences.

We loved Sundance! There were plenty of bedrooms and private bathrooms. It is in a great locations for walking or talking the golf cart to the beach and shops. Our only issue was with the pool heater not working in a timely manner but the hosts were very responsive! We would stay here again.

We had a large crowd, but bedrooms were spacious, loved the private bathrooms, and never felt on top of each othertho need another couch in living areawe could not all sit around on living room furniture, at once.Kitchen well stocked with dishes/glasses/etc.Washer/Dryer a lifesaverFor time of year (Thanksgiving week), the pool was useable, the hot tub/spa warmed up nicely so that was used often.Even tho it was stated in information, really not practical to not supply beach towelswhen you are flying in, dont want to bring in beach towels, or buy there and take home..a definite minus.For the price, would not except to have to buy our own toilet paper or paper towels (tho that was also in the info).All in all, a perfect spot for our family vacation, from 2 months to 72 years, we all enjoyed our time

The house was perfect for our large group traveling down to Destin. We comfortably slept 12 people and the layout offers privacy for almost all. The golf cart was an added bonus but the location is key as it's easily walkable to the beach and a few great restaurants. As mentioned in other reviews (and Todd + team communicate prior) make sure you pack everything you'll need from coffee filters to salt and pepper for your stay. Their team did a great job with check-in details and every question we had already answered throughout our stay. Will hopefully be back sooner than later!

We had the most wonderful week and Sundance. The house is huge, close to the beach and some great restaurants. The pool is fabulous. We got a ton of use of the golf cart and the paddle board. Todd was helpful and responsive - we blew a tire on the gold cart coming home from dinner and it was repaired before we left for the beach the next day! House was immaculately clean and had very high end finishes

This is a great property, beautiful property (exacltly as shown in pictures)!! It is walking distance to the beach, grocery store, shopping center, although you might not need to walk since they provide an awesome electric golf cart. It has great amenities such as paddle boards, snorkling kit, greatpool, ice maker (big plus). It has very comfortable matresses and great size bathrooms. We will definately stay here again.

Sundance was perfect! The rooms and en suites are spacious and well decorated. The entire place was spotless and perfectly cleaned upon arrival. The golf cart was so much fun and came in handy when bringing stuff to and from the beach. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times but Todd was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!
