This was my first long vacation renting a home. We had 12 people all together. This home accommodated everyone with their own bedroom and their own bathroom. We couldnt have had a better set up! Location was perfect for getting to the beach quickly. With the golf cart we were able to pack it up and park right at the beach with designated parking for the golf cart. We all had amazing time at this home. Spent a lot of time in the heated pool and also playing Corn Hole with equipment rented from Beach Grayt (which was an amazing service!) They provided us with the corn hole boards, beach chairs, cooler and Bluetooth radio (and a few other things). Thank you Todd for that recommendation as well. We look forward to booking in the future with you Todd!

This place was great overall. It is in a good location close to the beach; is large enough for a big group with good hang out spots in the living room, backyard, and crows nest; comes with a golf cart that made getting around fun and easy; and was really well kept/clean upon arrival. The hosts are very thorough with communication but send a lot of really long messages and are a bit overly rigid in that they dont allow early/late check in/out under any circumstances. I knew that going in but it is inconvenient. Also they dont supply some house necessities like toilet paper/paper towel which I thought was odd for how nice everything else is and the price tag. I guess thats standard for Airbnb in the area though. There is a grocery store close by that we took the golf cart to though. To summarize, my group had a great time staying here and the property itself is great, but it wasnt necessarily my favorite AirBnB experience due to the few inconveniences.

We loved our stay at Sunkissed! The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. Plenty of space for our family of 13. The home was neat and clean with all the extras that were listed in description. The host family provided great information about the house and area as well as specific instructions. Sunkissed was a great stay for a group of 10! Rooms were amazing, the golf cart helped get to different local areas when needed, the beach was close by. Overall, we had a great time. Hosts were very responsive anytime I had questions.

Sunkissed property was amazing. Fit our big family perfectly. Had a couple requests and were handled immediately. Gold cart was great to go drop off people and chairs at the beach then could pay $20 to park at a spot on the beach Or easily take back the gold cart and walk to the beach. Plenty of towels for showers , plenty of utensils/plates. Plenty of places for seating big families. Outside shower was great. We enjoyed our stay and will be back !

Beautifully decorated and well stocked with plenty of dishes, blankets, sheets, towels, chairs outside furnishings. The bedrooms had king beds which I think is important for comfort. The bedding and furnishings were up to date and very clean as were bathrooms. We used the bikes and gold cart for easy access to the beach! The pool was clean and refreshing! The location was excellent. Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants and stores. Beautiful home! We were with our daughters, son in laws and grandkids the home worked for all of us. Todd was connected and responsive before and during our vacation! Great rental! Would recommend!

Anytime we plan a family trip finding a house that fits everyone's needs is always a challenge. This house had EVERYTHING we needed and more. It was extremely spacious walking distance from so many breakfast places. Although the beach is a quick 2-3 minute walk from the house the golf cart made everything 10x easier (especially if you have small children). I would definitely recommend to family/friends and look forward to booking again in the future.

I've stayed at several AirBnB's but Sunkissed takes the prize for the best so far. I rented Sunkissed for a family vacation to celebrate my husbands birthday. We had people of all ages and the home was equipped to entertain all ages. The home was clean, the location was perfect, and above all the owners put a lot of thought to make sure the home is ready for their visitors. All the kids had a great time. The bikes were the family favorite. The golf cart also came in very handy. Beds are comfy and the layout is perfect. Such a beautiful home.

We had a great time at this property! We had more than enough room for a party of 12 adults. The amenities at this property were incredible. The golf cart was a dream... we barely used our cars while in town! Just a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to the beach, where there was a beach access with golf-cart-only parking. We never had to fight for a parking spot.The backyard was incredible! Great options for seating/lounging, and the pool was perfect for a break from the beach or an evening dip. The stand-up paddle boards provided us with tons of fun and lots of laughs.The communication from our hosts was always quick and thorough.Something to keep in mind with this property... all of the bedroom lights/fans are on a remote system. We found that multiple rooms responded to a single click of the remote, causing some 'light wars' at night... one room would try to turn their light on or off, and it would change the lights in another room as people were sleeping. Just something to keep in mind, as it took us some time to figure out as a group. All in all, we figured it out and were able to make it through the rest of our trip without any additional 'light wars'! We had a great time, and would highly recommend this property to large groups. Most rooms had private bathrooms, which was great for us. We are already planning our next family trip at this property!
