With Shipwatch, there’s no need to load up the hot car to get to the beach or drag a cooler for blocks during a steaming Florida summer only to have to fight with thousands of other visitors for your spot in the sand.

With Shipwatch, leave your car in the driveway. Simply walk out the front door directly onto the dune beach trail or walk out the back fence gate directly onto a neighborhood beach access. NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

The beach was so close the kids could run between the house and beach. The house was plenty large enough for our family of 15 and we loved the tucked away neighborhood that was a short drive to all restaurants and attractions. The heated pool was a must for March in FL and wasnt an extra cost. The checkout process was so easy; we didnt have to spend time cleaning after our vacation. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Emerald Coast.

My family and I loved Todds beautiful home! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and squeaky clean! The proximity to the beach and stores was great. Everyone enjoyed the heated wading pool and small balcony overlooking the pool. I would come back again in a heartbeat! Thanks Todd!

Beautiful home with privacy for 3 families. Walk to beach in 3 minutes. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery, drug store and outlet mall. There is a lot of construction going on on short street so work vehicles clogged things up. Small pool was especially nice for kids and adults. Pool heater was a challenge to get working but once it started it was great. This is the second time weve stayed in one of Todds rentals and they are a top notch company. Always responsive within minutes.

.EXCELLENT.The family and I had a great time at Todd's place ( Birthday and Christmas on the beach) The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located near the beach, shopping and great restaurants. I would absolutely recommend to stay there!-Five Stars -

This place was absolutely AMAZING! Its's literally STEPS away from the shore line. The neighbors were nice and friendly. The host was very communicative and a joy to speak with. The house in itself was breathtaking. Every room was as stated! The pool was heated and just a pleasure to be in as some nights were very nippy while we were there. We were directly across the street from several shops, entertainment and a plethora of restaurants. It was such a pleasure and will def go back and stay.

This place was everything we needed and more. Myself and all my girl friends had the time of our lives this weekend. Without a doubt one of the best vacations of my life. The house was super clean and came stocked with all things you'd ever need in the kitchen. Todd and Christina were always easy to communicate with and got back to me almost immediately anytime I had a question. I appreciated the posting of the common questions and answers. Also, the house was beautiful and allowed us to gather together in the kitchen or living room and the pool was cozy. And overall, the location couldn't have been any better. Getting to the beach was so quick and easy and we loved not having to ever get in our cars until the drive home. Thank you for the memories Shipwatch!

Such a great trip! The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The beds and pillows were so amazing. Easy walk to the beach! And the private pool just outside our door made it great for keeping the kids happy and content. Todd was readily available for communication and to help us in any way. This space was perfect for my birthday celebration! I had friends and family traveling from different areas. We all loved the gathering space on the first floor that included the open floor plan kitchen and dining area. White everywhere made it feel modern and clean.The en-suite rooms were really great and private. While it's so fun to be with a large group, it's also nice to retire to a separate space at night. Each room had its own TV. The first floor master suite was perfect for my relatives with small children. They didn't have to carry all of their things upstairs.The outdoor balcony is right outside of the living room and close to one of the bedrooms. It was really sunny all day there and very nice for morning coffee. You could see and hear the ocean.The second floor living room was amazing. I didn't realize from the listing that the sofa was leather and it was so comfy! Leather furniture in a rental feels so much cleaner. One of the guests had to work remote most of the time and the 3rd floor was perfectly quiet and private. Only thing of note is that I don't think there were any smart tvs so make sure you bring something if you want to stream.Regarding the location, you literally go out the back to the gated beach access. The beach is a few steps away. It is not even a minute walk. We used the paddle boards the last day which were super fun. There was ample parking, we took the advice and used Instacart. Very easy and convenient. We had a relatively small group for a house of this size. We really like our space! Definitely suitable for large groups. I've visited Destin many times over the years. I highly recommend this for larger groups and it is a great value. Regarding cleanliness, this was immaculate. I'm very picky and had no issues with cleanliness. No need to overpack. Washer and dryer were used often. The only thing you need to make sure you bring are beach towels. Thank you to Christine and Todd for a wonderful stay!
