Similar to most hotels, we charge the price of the booking at the time of reservation. There is not an additional deposit required. And, we are unable to hold the property until the reservation is paid for.
Our rates are actually set below market, and as such we can’t discount them further. In fact, our rates will probably be increased in the near future.

50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in date.

We do allow wedding/receptions to be held at the property with certain limitations. The total number of Guests allowed is limited to the property’s sleeping capacity (that can be found in the terms section).
We do not allow DJs; food trucks or commercial vehicles; or glitter, confetti or rice. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, including damage to walls from hanging decor, balloons, streamers, lights, etc.
Parking is limited to the property’s parking capacity. Please note that street parking and/or grass parking is prohibited in our community. The city/county is very strict on this and will likely tow vehicles that are parked on the street or grass.
We also ask that events be over by 10 pm out of respect for our neighbors and in order to comply with our community's noise ordinance.

Legacy Beach Homes focuses on building new, large beach homes that sleep 20+ people with private pools and offer sufficient parking for these large groups.
The space required for these type of homes that are suitable for large groups and multi-families is typically not available directly on the beach in our area. As such, we do not have beachfront homes.
However, we do offer beach homes that are at most two blocks (and often less than 500 feet) from our famous beaches and many that feature ocean views. Additionally, many of our homes have free golf carts that make getting to and from the beach a breeze.

No. We advertise that we do not allow pets/animals. And, many of our Guests with animal allergies rely on us to honor that advertisement.
Please note that even if your pet/esa is very small and/or hypoallergenic, the terms of our booking agreement still prohibit the animal from being in or on our property.
Please be aware that bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

We enjoyed staying here at the mariner. It was the perfect fit for our family and enough space to feel comfortable with all our own bathrooms which is the best! We enjoyed the pool everyday and loved that we could walk to the beach! We will definitely stay here again it was a great spot for myself young kids, teens, adult kids and adults.
