Golf cart made trips to and from the beach easy but walking to the beach was still very easy. The paddle boards were tons of fun for our whole group. Great house and location.

Great location inside a development. Since the house is farther (yet an easy walk or golf cart ride) from the main road it was fantastic location and very quiet. We were traveling with 4 couples so we were thrilled to find a house with 4 king bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Really walkable area and close to several restaurants. One day we just stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool and it felt like our own private oasis. Todd was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had before or during our stay.

This house has ample room for everyone to be comfortable and spread out but also has two large living areas for everyone to be together if they choose. I was concerned the beach would be farther than it looked on the map but its only a couple of blocks so you can easily walk if you didnt want to take the available golf cart. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The neighborhood is very safe and so cute!

This was the perfect place for family and friends, very spacious. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, and silverware. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and clean. The beds very comfortable and the linens soft. This was my family's first visit to the Emerald coast, this beautiful home made it that much better. It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Instructions regarding check-in, check-out, golf cart usage, amenities, local recommendations, things to do, etc. were provided well ahead of our trip without prompting. The space was very clean on check-in and we were able to access the property promptly at the check-in time, as listed. I would not hesitate to book again, a large part of that being how stress free the process was thanks to Todd and team.

This was an awesome spot for a huge family. We had 16 people with us and everyone had their own room and bathroom( definitely a plus). We didnt have to go out for entertainment the pool was enough alone. The golf carts were a hit as well and the beach was right there. This will be our house for vacation. Everything was very clean and we had a wonderful host. The rules were great nothing over the top that would make guests uncomfortable. Thanks for the hospitality.
