I’m Todd. My wife Christina and my sons Christian and Ethan came to the Emerald Coast over 15 years ago for a one month vacation and just never left…and we never will!
We love this area, the people, the inspiring emerald waters and our famous sugar sand beaches. We built a portfolio of hand-selected beach properties in order to share our passion. And in fact, many of our homes were built from the ground up to our exact specifications in order to ensure a hassle-free stay for your large group or family.
As you can see from the decade’s worth of family beach pics, we’ve raised our family on the Emerald Coast. So, we know every beach, restaurant, and activity that Destin, Miramar and 30A has to offer.
It has been our family’s pleasure to share our knowledge, tips and tricks to ensure 5 star experiences for over 3,000 stays (about 45,000 visitors total) during the last 8 years!
As a family of world travelers (all 7 continents), our family has stayed in vacation rentals, hostels, surf camps, tents, and luxury hotels all over the world. So we understand what it’s like to be a Guest and what it takes to create a great experience.
We have combined our experiences as a Guest with the lessons that we have learned as a Host into a set of values to ensure your family’s exceptional experience.

Hassle-Free Check-In
We understand that after traveling for many hours, the last thing that you'll want is to be stuck outside in the Florida sun waiting for someone to bring a key. That’s why we have an automated message system that delivers a door lock code on time, every time. The result? Our Guests never have to wait to check in and never have to go through the hassle of driving to a rental office miles away to pick up a key.
Impeccable Cleanliness
We know that cleanliness is critical. That’s why we only hire professional cleaners with at least 2+ years of vacation rental cleaning experience and that's why we have each property inspected after each cleaning by a third party cleaning inspector.

Prompt Maintenance Response
As with any home, unforeseeable maintenance issues can happen. However, our smartphone-friendly maintenance system ensures that maintenance issues are responded to promptly so that our Guests can focus on enjoying their stay.
Dedicated Service Team
We’re not a third-party rental agent. We’re a multi-generational vacation rental family with a service team dedicated exclusively to the properties we own. If issues occur, we don’t need to “try to contact the property owner and get back to you later” because we are the property owner and are able to solve the issue immediately.
Transparent Pricing
We believe that undisclosed charges after the reservation tarnish the Guest experience. So, unlike many vacation rentals in our area, we have no pool heating fee, no golf cart rental fee, no additional Guest fee, no paddleboard use fee, no cable TV usage fee, no bike rental fee, etc. We are committed to pricing transparency. So our only charges are the total that you see when you book your reservation. We never "nickel and dime" our Guests with surprise charges after their reservation is made.
Fast And Simple Communication
After being named an Airbnb Superhost and a VRBO Premiere Host with over 3,000 Emerald Coast stays, our family and service team continues to maintain (verified) 100% one hour or less response rate. There's no having to call an 800 number in order to be put on hold just to talk to an answering service who can only take a message in order to have someone call you back the next day. Our communication is always direct, fast and simple. Just message us and a member of our ownership and service team will always respond in under an hour...and often in minutes.

Off-season gem! This home was perfect for my family, with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Every bedroom felt like a primary bedroom and I appreciated the two downstairs bedrooms, making it easy for the grandparents to avoid the stairs.The heated pool and jacuzzi is a great bonus. Hung out at the beach during the day and relaxed in the pool/jacuzzi during the chilly nights. The "backyard" does face the street and you get occasional people walking by so it feels less private, but it wasn't an issue us. The location was unbeatablejust two blocks from the beach, close to shopping centers, and only a quick golf cart ride to local bars and restaurants.The host had detailed instructions for everything, so if you are like my wife and want to know every little detail, the host has you covered!On-season or off-season, this is definitely the spot to be in Destin and we can't wait to return!

The house was as advertised and even better than expected, It was very spacious, spotless and had everything you needed for a home away from home.Unfortunately we did not have time to go to the beach but it was just steps away. We are going back in a couple of weeks for another event and we booked the house again!

Got this spot for a family holiday trip and it was nothing short of amazing. From expeditious responses to the cleanliness of the property. The pool took a few hours to heat but that was expected due to the info sent out prior to check in. The beds were soft and comfy, the place was CLEAN! Literally, I felt like we were the first people to ever step foot on the property. The beach is only a few short blocks away and the property is in walking distance to literally everything. I will highly recommend booking with Todd to anyone on any day! Thank you to Todd and the team for making our family Christmas trip one to remember.

We were traveling with 4 couples so we were thrilled to find a house with 4 king bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Really walkable area and close to several restaurants. Instructions regarding check-in, check-out, golf cart usage, amenities, local recommendations, things to do, etc. were provided well ahead of our trip without prompting. The space was very clean on check-in and we were able to access the property promptly at the check-in time, as listed. I would not hesitate to book again, a large part of that being how stress free the process was thanks to Todd and team.
